A Desert Song
(by Hillsong)

This is my prayer in the desert
And all that's within me feels dry
This is my prayer in the hunger in me
My God is a God who provides
And this is my prayer in the fire
In weakness or trial or pain
Of more worth than gold
So refine me Lord through the flames
And I will bring praise
I will bring praise
No weapon forged against me shall remain
I will rejoice
I will declare
God is my victory and He is here
And this is my prayer in the battle
And triumph is still on it's way
I am a conqueror and co-heir with Christ
So firm on His promise I'll stand
All of my life
In every season
You are still God
I have a reason to sing
I have a reason to worship
This is my prayer in the harvest
When favor and providence flow
I know I'm filled to be emptied again
The seed I've recieved I will sow

20 weeks!!!!!!!

So, we are halfway there and so excited!!!! So many people have asked for belly pics to see how I am coming along, but it really hasn't been til this week that I have popped out some and have had anything to show. So, here are some pics! We had an ultrasound this week and the baby looks great and healthy, praise the Lord! Jonathan and I tried our hardest to see what the gender is but could not tell. It is against the law here in India to find out, so this sweet one will be another surprise! We chose to wait and make it a surprise with Ella, and it was really fun, so we are playing the name game now for boys and girls, and cannot decide!

We will be travelling to Thailand in October and will stay there until the baby is born! We are excited to yet again travel to another country and see more of the world, and Braxton is excited that the best part will be his Christmas present, a baby!!!!!!

I have been being nourished with lots of good spicy indian food and have also been able to ENJOY CHOCOLATE once again, (only when I am pregnant do I get to eat chocolate and have caffeine and am not affected by migraines!, probably because I get them all out during the first 10 weeks of pregnancy!!!!) So, yes, it has been a Snickers bar/day for ME!!!!!!!!! And I enjoy every bite!!!!!

These past weeks I have again been reminded of the beauty and miracle of life and the BEAUTIFUL CREATOR who knits and beautifies in the unseen place, life that is physically being made, but also a soul. It is such a thought to think about the Father's hands making all that has to be made and then making a life/journey out of this being! Thankful for a loving GOD, a merciful everlasting GOD, who does not grow weak or weary and all that HE does is good. LIFE is good.

Please continue to pray for grace, protection, and healthy development, pregnancy and delivery and that the Lord would be glorified in it!
